Spark Participates in Drafting of China’s "Technical Requirements of Measurement and Verification of Energy Savings- Lighting Sy
Energy-saving renovation project is the Key projects of "the 12th Five-Year Plan", and the most important is the scientific and reasonable standard of energy-saving renovation project energy savings measurement and verification of boundaries, principle, measure and validation method those important technical links such as scientific and reasonable regulations. Spark, as the record companies of national development and reform commission (NDRC),strongly support the implementation of the national relevant energy saving policy, actively participate in and dominate the drafting of national standard “ Technical requirements of measurement and verification of energy savings- Lighting system”, standard no.GB/T 31348-2014.
"Technical requirements of measurement and verification of energy savings- Lighting system" national standard was proposed and centralized by the national energy base and management standardization technical committee (SAC/TC20).There have 14 units to participate in the draft, include China National Institute of Standardization, National Standardization of energy conservation and emissions reduction technology alliance, Beijing Chengtong Au Optronics, Shenzhen Spark Energy-saving Service, Guangdong RONG Wen Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd.PHILPS (China) Investment Co., Ltd. Etc.and carried out by July 1st,2015.
