Feb 20th, 2016, DLC released the first draft proposal for the V4.0 Technical Requirements Table. It just passed less than 3 months from V3.1 version was released and less than 1 year from V3.0
Compared with DLC V3.0/V3.1, the V4.0 only enhances the requirements of light efficacy. The evolving technology drives DLC to promote the specifications. It’s estimated that 40~60% products will be cut from the QPL after implementing of DLC V4.0.
