Step dimming is designed to get more options for customers. You can put a Zener diode between the dimmable wires to make step dimming off. (pls contact us for specs for Zener Diode)
what is the name of the 347V LED driver you supply in your 347V commercial downlight, and what is the LED driver warranty
The 347v driver that we use is Inventronics,and it's 5 years warranty.

It's only with the surface mounted kits and Recessed parts
Could I buy one pcs sample of emergency backup driver from your US warehouse?
Pls take one package as they were well packed 6units in one master carton, and the warehouse keeper won’t do the rework on packing, thank you for your kind understanding.
Could your make the 2x4ft troffer with 3000K CCT If my customer likes it?
Yes, we make it. But please note that 3000K is not DLC CCT, no rebates for this CCT.

Do you have some more cost efficiency commercial downlight?
Yes, we just released new commercial downlight which are much more cost efficiency. Welcome ask our sales for detail infos.
Do you have higher power eyeball downlight than 10W?
Yes, we just released new 6inch eyeball downlight, it can be 10W or 19W. The 19W downlight can reach 1460lm.
What CCT do you have for the color temperature changing downlight?
We’ve 2700k for warm white, 4000k for natural wihite, 5000k for daylight.
How long would the installation of surface-mount led panel take?
It’s in as little as 2 minutes, if you follow steps accordingly our installation video.
Could you customize the led light that i need with my great ideas?
Yes, we will consider,but it depends on the quantity of potential order you might have for us in future, pls advise your ideas and qty for order, thank you.
Could your reflectors of 6,8, and 10 inch commercial down lights exchangeable, if i keep stock for them?
Yes, they can be exchanged by hands, without any tools.
Does your company do Drop test?
Yes, we have machine for it.
How about electrical function test performed?
It’s 100% full test. Including Hi pot, Burn in, PF, CCT, CRI&LM and all efficacy test.
Do you have the intended use REACH SVHC more than 1000ppm or 0.1%?
No use to 14th SVHC, Kindly note it.
May I know if your Package box and warp film of product, Label, Outer carton have lead or Mercury etc ?
No use, We have RoHS/SGS report for you.
Can you offer FOB or CIF price?
Yes, we can. Generally, our customers will choose EXW or FOB price, caus they have forwarders in China to handle all the logistic things. But we can offer CIF if you like.
