In April 11th to 12th, 2017, OKT Lighting completed the annual audit of the ISO9001. Quality management system (ISO9001) belongs to the enterprise quality management system for guaranteeing the quality of product and customer’s satisfaction, which includes corporate strategic choice, goal setting, organizational structure, division of responsibility, production processes, material procurement, equipment management, human resources, performance appraisal, continuous improvement and so on. 
At present, to meet the needs of standardizing the enterprise management, improving customer’s satisfaction, exploiting the market and so on, most companies in China have achieved the ISO9001 quality management system certification. The implementation of the ISO9001 is conducive to improving the quality of product, protecting the interests of consumers and enhancing product’s credibility. The ISO9001 certification standard provides an effective method for effectively improving the management ability and enhancing the market competitiveness. It also benefits the continuous improvement of the enterprises and customer’ requirements and expectations. 
The customers’ requirements and expectations are changeable, which greatly prompts the enterprises to continuously improve their product and  production process. 

During the two days trip, the Quality System external auditors have set up higher requirements for OKT lighting in aspect of formal, lean and standard management.
